My mood is very bad at the moment!

Anyways, I wrote in a feedback to SMRT earlier on.
Below is the complain:
Hi, I'm writing in to comment on a bus captain who has bad attitude. First of all, I am a student who takes bus almost everyday and does not face any problems at all. Unfortunately, this is the first time i encounter such bad treatment when I did not even do anything. I do not care whether does the bus captain had a bad day or not, I could not stand his attitude. The bus was quite crowded when I boarded, so I had to stand near the entrance steps. Upon reaching the next stop, the other passengers started shifting to the back of the bus and so, I started to walk up the steps to the "normal ground". As the bus was going to stop, I remained stationary and held the pole. To my astonishment, the bus captain shouted "oi" at me and used his left hand to signal me to move in. Almost everyone in the bus was staring at me! How embarrassing can that be?! I do not know whether am I blocking his view as to turn in to the bus-stop or not, but I think that he can definitely asked me to move aside in a nicer tone. I do not see any problem with bus captain of 963 in morning peak hour, whereby everyone in the bus is like packed sardines, yet still able to have wide and clear view of the road. The main thing here is not to make comparison among bus captains being able to have a wide and clear view of the road when there are a lot of passengers but the attitude this particular bus captain gave to me. I am pretty sure that since I paid the fare, I am considered as a customer and so, I do not think that such treatment is acceptable. Thank you for your time. Your prompt reply is greatly appreciated.
